1. Choose your service

2. Tell us about your vehicle
Every vehicle is different. When making your booking, we'll ask for a few details, including:
- Vehicle make and model
- Vehicle size/type
- Registration
- Current condition
- Your location
- Any particular areas you'd like us to concentrate on
You'll be asked to upload photographs of your vehicle. This helps us assess its condition and recommend the right treatment before we arrive.
3. Provide some dates
Select your preferred appointment date and arrival window. Because we're a mobile service, journey times can vary depending on traffic, location and the previous appointment. We'll confirm your booking and keep you informed of your expected arrival time. No waiting around wondering when we'll arrive.
4. We come to you
Home. Workplace. Business premises. Wherever suitable, Vault comes to you. Our mobile setup lets us deliver professional vehicle valeting and detailing at your chosen location, subject to safe, suitable access.
Before booking, we'll let you know if we require access to water, electricity or any other facilities for your chosen service. However, whenever possible, we will have all the required electricity and water.
5. Your vehicle gets the Vault treatment
This is where the transformation begins. We don't believe in rushing vehicles through. Your vehicle receives the time, products and attention appropriate to the service you've selected. From intricate areas and interior surfaces to wheels, bodywork, and paintwork, we focus on achieving a finish we're proud to put the Vault name to. It is all in the detail.
6. Final inspection
Once your service is complete, we'll carry out a final inspection of the vehicle. Where possible, we'll walk around the vehicle with you so you can see the results for yourself. We'll also provide advice on maintaining the finish and, where appropriate, recommend when your vehicle should next receive professional care.
